# Texto rico no campo descrição (WYSIWYG)

Olá,

Ao editar um item, alguns usuários estão sentindo falta de poder inserir formatações mínimas no texto (negrito, etc). Vejo que é possível inserir código em formato HTML, mas não é lá um cenário ideial.

Já foi pensado alguma alternativa de se colocar pelo menos o campo de editor rico do Wordpress?

A ideia é que possamos adicionar algumas formatações básicas como as que temos em mãos em um editor markdown. Andei experimentando uns tempos atrás o uso do próprio Gutenberg em uma versão contida, como eles fazem nos fóruns do [wordpress.org](http://wordpress.org)

Por hoje o que você pode fazer é usar as tags `<strong>` e `<em>`, além de colar links (porém sem definir os rótulos deles).
