Unable to Create a Collection - Requests You Contact the Administrator

When creating a collection we receive an error requesting we contact the administor. However, we are the administrator. This prevents us from using the tool and we cannot progress further than this first step of creating a collection. Any help is appreciated.

This is a common error for first-time usage of the plugin. It may be caused by outdated permalink settings. Could you try to do as we describe here and then go back do the admin page and try to create a new collection?
