Hello! Just wanted to express an idea.
Maybe as a measure of good practive there should be a Checkbox on every “Item submission form” to inform users that by submiting an item to a collection they “Agree to the terms and conditions” of the webpage.

It’s a good suggestion. While we don’t have this functionality, you can insert a metadada type taxonomy with this term and make it mandatory. So, if the person don’t select the term “Agree to the terms and conditions”, it will not possible to submit the item.
