Error while loading component

Hello. I am getting the following error:
An error ocurred while loading this Tainacan component. Please reload your page (CTRL+SHIFT+R).

This is when the system has to load the elements inside a component.

Any ideas?

Hi @Eduardo_Lebrija!

This error is very common to happen right after we update the code and yesterday we released a new version. Most of the time, it means that the javascript version of the files that the browser is loading are older than the ones that the code expects.

Have you tried following the steps suggested? Cleaning the browser cache before reloading the page may be achieved by different shortcuts depending on you operating system and browser. Also if you have any cache plugin installed, it might be a good time to purge them.
