What is the safest and easiest way to migrate collections from one Tainacan (offline Wordpress on local server) to another Tainacan (online web page).
I know that there is lots of backup migration plugins that can be used for migrate whole Wordpress from one server to another, but is there something that you could recommend for Tainacan?

Those plugins should work fine, unfortunately Tainacan does not have yet a practical way to export the full repository.
Most of the time I do it by migrating the entire WP installation, I usually use wp-cli to export the database and then copy the uploads folder to the directory of the new installation. (usually wp-content/uploads) not forgetting to update the post URLs with the wp search-replace "http://odl.url.org" "http://new.url.org".

If you are allowed to FTP can trasfer only media directly.
