Tainacan and Blocksy Item List Header

I am using Tainacan in conjunction with Blocksy theme and have supporting plugins installed.

When viewing a Tainacan Item List, i want to use the “Banner” layout. In this view, my Header menu should be transparent, but the Item List page is leaving a white gap at the top of the page, and I cannot find any way to ensure the Item List Page is justified 100% to the top.
In the attached example, the black image should extend all the way to the top of the page, and the header menu should be transparent over the top rather than over white space.

As a possible workaround I created a standard page with my desired design and looked to use a Tainacan block to load the item list, but couldn’t find a Tainacan block that gave me a table view that i want.

Hi @Silly_Billy23!

I have a guess…when you activate the Transparent header module in Blocksy it actually leaves it disabled for some pages. Go into Customize → Header → Global Header and click on Edit Conditions. This will open this modal:

Then remove the last row where there is a rule that “Excludes for all archives”. As the Collection Items List is an Archive page, it should be disabled.

You might need to save and close the customizer again to see the effect.
