I am creating an item and adding one attachment to it, but on the front of the page the attachment is duplicated. Is there any solution to this issue?

That is a strange behaviour. My first guess is that instead of one attachment, you actually have 10 (as shown in the counter of the attachments section). Maybe something went wrong while deleting previous attempts? Have you tried to attach other files to this item before? If you open the modal that appear when you click in the “Edit attachments” button, does it show more than just one?
