Error publishing, Item Title:

Hello, mates.

I’m trying to import a csv file that media files in the Wordpress media.
I’ve done the mapping with the ‘special_document’ and ‘special_document’ and it doesn’t mark an error except in one, is the next:

[2024-01-20 02:14:52] Error publishing, Item Title: Santo Domingo de Guzmán
[2024-01-20 02:14:52] Error publishing, Item ID: 906561
[2024-01-20 02:14:52] Array

Captura de pantalla 2024-01-22 120058

But, it upload the media and update the item.

My csv file contain 20,975 items to import and i have the last versions of wordpress, php and mariadb. What’s the mistake?

Greetings!

Hi @erickml, welcome to our forum!

Is the error message that ou appointed coming from the default log file or the error log file? If there is an error file, can you share it’s content? There should be at list a more clear explanation for why only this guy didn’t work… By the way you can try to re-import the CSV file, this time only including this item’s line, to see if it help identify the issue. How is the special_document field set there?

Thanks for the support.
The error comes from the default error log: Tainacan plugin > Activities > Processes.
In my error.log appear it:

Later, i’ve imported the csv as you tell me and it seems correct without mistakes.

What could have been the mistake? Probably my first csv contained a lot of elements?
As I said you, i was importing 20,000 elements.

Uhm… I don’t think number of items should make a difference in this case… Maybe it was a temporary lack of availability of your server to process the background operation… but with the current information its hard to assure.

Glad it worked anyways
