I installed and actived the child-theme, all works. But i cant view, customize or publish it. Do you know that problem?

Just to clarify, are you referring to the Tainacan Interface theme? Because it is not a child theme, para a parent one. You can of course create a child theme of TwentyNineteen your own and make it compatible with Tainacan templates as we describe here:
This will require a bit of code and php knowledge. Is that what you are trying to do? Does any error appears in the UI when you activate the theme?
