During translation I saw a few strings with leading blanks or blanks at the end of the string. Are they intentional or bugs?

Yes, they might be intentional. If the Translation Editor warns you that you should leave an empty space at the end of the sentence, for example, do it. I myself don’t think it is ideal to leave empty spaces to translators and I would probably look into ways to refactor those that I find in code but for now, as they were released like that they are intentional.
