Is there a way to change the default on-click url of the personalized logo of the page? I would like it to redirect to an external page instead.

Are you using the Tainacan Interface theme? I’m afraid it is not possible to change that link, as it is the default behaviour for Logo links in headers. You could add a menu link, as an alternative solution…
If you are using the Blocksy theme, although, I believe you could remove the default Logo from header and add a new button or Menu with a link to an external page.
